I don't think 'bollock' or 'bollocks' is all that popular, septic-side.
The old man tells a story of him loudly proclaiming 'Bollocks!' when he spilt ketchup on himself at a bbq over there and no-one knew what he was going on about. They thought it was some quaint English thing and inserted it into every sentence for the rest of the night....'where's my bollocksing beer?' and that type of thing.
