I modeled the bong in 3d (cinema 4d) -real simple shapes, sphere's & tubes. then exported a similar rotation that the water bottle made and then time remapped it & motion tracked it to match the hand motion. Also shot my arm on green screen for the light. Made his eyes bloodshot by masking a dark red solid over his eyes with the blending mode set to overlay at 20% opacity & added some smoke from an compositing fx library I purchased from digital juice (comp tools)
