I have a very limited supply of sympathy for him.
I can laugh at him when he gets basic stuff wrong and when he makes comically tenuous links between unrelated things, but not so much when he's having these psychotic(?) episodes.
He's surrounded himself with enablers who validate his delusions (he even married his stalker ffs), and with people who exploit his mental illness (wittingly or not) for money.
OTOH, he chooses to exploit people's worst fears, phobias and bigotries for considerable profit, and doesn't mind sharing platforms with actual fucking Nazis.
tl;dr: Fuck this guy, but for the stupid Nazi stuff rather than the needing medical attention stuff (though arguably there's some crossover between these things).
