You would hope that by now
Google's many bullshit warning indicators would have eradicated this kind if problem. The duplicate content klaxon is probably white noise at Google HQ.

Using pics of dead people to promote their stuff. Is it illegal? Probably not. Morally? Shite, sure, but... that doesn't affect anything at all.
You don't offer any solution or better way of doing things - that's why I'm not impressed by your video; you (rightly) shame that company for what they do, but, what tricks do you use that are 'ethical'?
The entire business is bullshit, exploiting people's inherent and misplaced trust in humanity.
The entire planet is fucked, and needs a reboot.
