The death of Kenneth Kendall reminded me of this, as he features quite heavily.
One of a series of tapes made by VT crews at the BBC and ITV regions. they would be exchanged around at Christmas, never intended for transmission, they began as an excuse to collect sweary blunders but became bigger every year (some feature song and dance routines, and bare breasts appear regularly. A lot of the outtakes have now turned up on Naughty TV Blunders Bum, and the like.
Lots of in-jokes that'll mean nothing to us plebs, and the quality is variable at best, but worth seeing for their historical value.
(for some reason this one features loads of clips from Kentucky Fried Movie for no apparent reason) and this one was particularly controversial as it features jokes about the Princess Anne and it ended up in the papers!

there's quite a few of them on YT
a few years back they'd come and go as they got found and removed, but most seem to be hanging around now.
I'm still trying to find a TV-am one I saw a few years back, where Kay Burley talks about stuffing things in her bra.
Might be good blackmail material
