
Afternoon all. Probably mainly of interest to those into pull ups or following 'the challenge'. Given myself 3 months to do the epic challenge of one pull up otherwise have to get a cr@p tattoo. Had people say it's going to be easy and others who still can't do one despite having personal trainers etc. I wonder if some of us just aren't designed for this?! Time will tell I guess...

The same source might get you some amphetamines though.
Also have you considered some high grip gloves or weightlifting straps? It can't be cheating if they let the strongmen and deadlifters do it. Mind you, they also pre-breathe pure oxygen and, ahem, 'smelling salts,' and I wouldn't recommend any of that bleeding from the eyes business.
At the very least some chalk powder would save you a couple of joules of effort.

try and get some vision of you drinking raw eggs to splice in there. throw in a few rainy sessions, maybe training at night, to suggest you're out in all sorts. it'll be boss
