As long as he could smoke the amount he does and remain successful and the right side of batshit mental, I'd be fine.
In recent interviews he claims that he's discovered that he's the reincarnation of Bob Marley...even though there's about a decade crossover between them.
This turn of events troubles me.

Is it mandatory to put on a cod Jamaican accent when singing reggae? Even UB40 were up to it....and I'm almost certain that they were from Birmingham.

... in order for it to work, considering population growth would otherwise mean an eventual soul shortage, it'd have to be possible for the same soul to be incarnated more than once at the same time -- so you could be reincarnated at a time before you last died. So it could still work.
Reincarnation's already pretty outlandish, so I figure it doesn't stretch credibility that much further to assume it happens "outside time", as it were.
Taken to its extreme, this could mean that everyone in history is an incarnation of the same soul.
If reincarnation is a "thing". Which it probably isn't.
