I used to work for ITV
in their ad sales.
It was arse. No one who worked there watched ITV which was quite funny.
This could be interesting though, cos it's got a sister show which is a dramatised 'making of', like Larry Sanders or something.

Ricky Gervais to do that with Extras..
ie. make a series of that "you havin' a laugh?" sitcom while doing a series of Extras.

The drama is shit but it isn;t the main part of the show
Echo beach is about the writers who write the show and how what they do in real life, things that happen, jokes they make, get worked into the crappy soap that they are making.
