The title means Out Tonight
inGaelic Irish. It's the first two words of the video, if you want to know the pronunciation. They're speaking Nordie Irish, though, I haven't a scooby what they're on about for most of it, but I caught the gist. The smattering of English that pervades most Irish language conversation since it became involuntarily niche helps.
