Is this not an old woman behaving like a dick?
That is offensive. How can that be okay? She makes it unpleasant and personal - I would sue that woman.
The woman is a scam artist and needs to be shit on, but none the less she is starting this from a position of 'shout at the woman'. It just is not at all appropriate.
