only exists in the mind of the person who made the film. None of it became reality.

The reality is a core of run down temporary housing that is still standing 40 years later filled with chavs and a balanced mix of immigrants surrounded by an outer area of new builds populated by mainly white IT workers with 2.4 children.

Orbiting Milton Keynes, the rich live in satellite villages well away from the town.

It is a soulless place that most of the residents do not wish to live in, but fail to have the imagination or impetus to move away from.

When they bulldozed The Sanctuary and Rollers and turned it into an ikea.

Milton Keynes Museum is a gem though.
