I think what they're ACTUALLY saying is...
It looks like a word which represents, what they perceive to be as, an aggressive anti-Muslim Jewish ideology and therefore shows bias towards Israel and discriminates against Arabs/Muslims - therefore being racist.
Not sticking up for them btw, just sayin like... :/
