MAN OF STEEL - Rejected Music :(
I made this!
A while back, me and my rapper friend MC Wreckshin pitched some music for the trailer of the new Superman film... Man Of Steel...
It was rejected because:
"I'm afraid the lyrical content of your submission shows a blatant lack of consideration for the sync brief - did you read this?!
It was offensive, factually inaccurate, revealing of the plot, contained a heavily negative and opinionated bias towards the film, referred to characters by incorrect names or by the names of the actors portraying them and the use of profanity was previously stated as unacceptable.
The references and opinions of Christopher Nolan's work on the Dark Knight Trilogy are irrelevant and unnecessary.
The instrumental backing was upbeat and energetic whereas the sync requests something dark and suspenseful.
Please review the sync brief and revise the submission."

I think it was actually rejected because
a: it's shit.
b: it's a dull dick move, they most likely get hundreds of them every month from really 'clever' people who are really 'funny'.
I suspect you wear glasses frames with no glass in them.

They need to watch their own trailer.
