There's a lovely Streetlight Museum in Berlin's Tiergarten.
It's just a bunch of old streetlights from various teutonic regions and periods, with a little explanation plaque, lining a pathway through the park. Magical when the sun sets and they start to glow.

For no reason, I was looking at the state of the fence behind him and wondered what it looked like now, and it's the same except in a much better state.
Looks like nothing has changed there in 100 years except there's no street lighting at all.

Wonder if the circular rusty fitting on the edge of the building above and to the left of the garage door might have held a lamp
Some sort of pipe/bar running up the wall to a bracket for attaching a cable above it.
