I'm a little sceptical.
He's flooding /links with shite and boring rambling verbosity. I guess some people might cope in a crisis by doing that, but no one I know, or want to know. His behaviour and prose style is remarkably similar to that other tiresome attention seeker, Sockcooker.

Good luck to your parents,
hope they pull through. My son was in an ICU on CPAP earlier this year (non-Covid), anyone who has seen a loved one in such a position will feel nothing but sympathy.
