This is a normal post Me neither
I don't have an account, but it was an interesting look at the guy behind it and I feel sorry for all those who believe they are tied to using Facebook.

This is a normal post What the article fails to mention, is what facebook can do that it's difficult to do any other way.
I too am dubious about facebook, but caved in, and joined a couple of weeks ago for one reason, and one reason only.

I've traveled widely, lived in a few countries, and in doing so , have made a lot of good friends. I had lost contact with many of them until I joined facebook. OK, I could have got in touch with them, by sending out huge amounts of e-mails, to get so and so's address, who I can then get so and so's address from, who will lead me to .......ect. But it was never going to happen.

The rest of it is shit though, and the amount of time people spend 'socialising' on it, is just plain weird.

This is a normal post of course the other reason not to join is...
the hordes of twatty people you gradually banished from your life suddenly getting in touch again.

This is a normal post That's rather unnerving, glad I never bothered.
Also, the fact that the ninth richest man in the world is named Ka-Shing made me giggle.
