If it's true that she doesn't know who he is she really could've handled that question better. If she does know the situation I'm absolutely sure she would've spoken to Aunty immediately as getting him released would be invaluable political capital for her. Therefore she either doesn't know anything about the guy and handled it badly or Aunty told her to fuck off. She's hardly going to publicise the affair after getting slapped down.

I find it odious and smacking of sensationalist reporting to just pick one or two people and focus on them, instead of focusing on the more widespread problem that this happens to many many people.

This would be like finding madeleine mccann and then declaring the problem of abducted children solved.

That said, this woman also looks to be purely jumping on the sensationalist saviour bandwagon and this shows in her irritation when asked about a less photogenic victim.
