And if you want to use Gnome 3 and Gnome Shell you can use it alongside Unity in 11.10, whereas in 11.04 if you install Gnome Shell, you break Unity.
If you're happy with the way your OS is now though, you could wait until 12.04 since that will be the Long Term Support release. :)

I think Unity still needs a lot of work. It's very netbooky, which is fine if you use a netbook, I suppose!

On a side note got my graphics card card today.
I can now put my computer together.

all of that just for Witcher 2? It ran fine on my (feeble by comparison) block, even maxed out. I take it that isn't the only reason.
Either way, that build is going to be immense. I'm still waiting on bulldozer before I bump this one up again.
