Too loud, too flashy, too teenage, too dumb.
Plus, even if you're retarded enough to buy into the premise of any given superhero film, the idea that you can run them together is idiotic. Iron Man is silly, and defies the laws of physics, but it doesn't involve any spooky ghosty alien stuff. Why bring the worlds together?
Besides, if it's called The Avengers and doesn't feature Diana Rigg in something close-fitting, I'm not interested.

trailers are designed to maximise the commercial impact of a movie...to put it on the lowest common denominators radar...
