first removing their horns. Not sure how I feel about it. I suppose if it thwarts poaching that's cool, but it seems depressing we have to manage a species so, just to prevent them from being wiped out.

I actually had to photograph a huge chunk of rhino horn a while back, it was sobering stuff holding it in my hands.
