This is a question Addicted

Cigarettes, gambling, porn and booze. What's your addiction? How low have you sunk and how have you tried to beat it?

Thanks to big-girl's-blouse for the suggestion

scratching
i just can't stop.

I've got terrible eczema, it just won't go away, i trim my nails to the bed, i take or tried anti-histamines, steroid creams, moisturizers, coal tar, marigold oil, e45, doublebase, diprobase,

it's currently spreading, it stings to sweat, itches like hell, looks unsightly, gets worse with stress and hot environments.

Had it all my life, all i want is rid of it, but it keeps coming back with a vengeance.

My other half had really bad eczema
all over

then she managed to figure out that she was allergic to beer.

Now she hardly gets it at all, except when quite stressed.

Itching etc. or beer....a tough decision

Maybe you should try
The allergic route and see if you're allergic to anything, maybe wheat? Either way, hope you find the cause, or find a treatment that helps.

My mum has sirius.. soriusis? Unsure how to spell it, but she used to use coal tar before they stopped making it... where do you get yours from? Or do you still use it?

Me too
I have the exact same problem. Mine's calm at the moment, thankfully, I think mine is a little stress based. Green tea works good for flare ups with me, but of course it varies between people. You ever used epiderm? The best moisteriser I've ever used, it's thick and greasy, but it works like a charm.
