And these community service orders that chavs get for mugging people: stick 'em in fluorescent jackets with 'OFFENDER' on the back and get them shovelling dog shit in the park where we can see them, put their photos and not just names in the local press, make them put a sign in their windows (home and car) saying 'an OFFENDER lives here / drives this car'. And flog 'em.
