TWWNigella's Malteser cake - made as a tray bake with lots and lots of maltesery chocolaty butter cream.

I froze it so the kids could have it in their packed lunches.
Erm....
I ate it all during the holidays before it could get into their packed lunches.
I ate it frozen. It was bloody delicious!
But only a little at a time. Otherwise that would be sheer piggery.
