Anything For Money
How low have you sunk to earn a few quid? Have you ever been paid a tenner by a stranger in the street to crap in a jar? Me neither. Tell us about the depraved or humiliating lengths you've gone to in order to raise cash.

Cheapskate
Cheerfully tipsy, I once negotiated a 10% discount on the entry price with a nightclub bouncer.
Subsequently humiliated by a friend pointing out the futility of quibbling over 2 quid and, really, I wasn't short of money anyway.
Kind of took the shine off the evening altogether, now I think about it....

Pah.
A friend of mine once argued for a good 10 minutes in order to get a student discount on a club entry fee. It went beyond him showing an expired student card to him arguing that he was a med student so it was valid to him answering several simple medical questions wrong and declaring them stupid and irrelevant to the point.
The discount he was after? £1 instead of the full whack of £2.
He eventually paid full price and then smashed every glass he was handed in order to make his money back.
