You assume that B3ta is a representitive sample of the population
However, both B3ta and Quantum Physics probably attracts a larger-than-average proportion of, well how can I put this, the socially-disadvantaged*. So there are probably more than your numbers would suggest.

Yes indeed - quantum fluctuations plus the slight tendency to produce matter rather than antimatter

We don't yet know exactly WHY we get more matter than antimatter, it's a hot topic right now. If we didn't, then particles created by quantum fluctuations would cancel each other out.
