It always feels such a shame to throw away perfectly working, quite incredibly constructed and beautiful technology. But the unfortunate truth is that, due to the relentless march of progress, its pretty much useless and worthless.
Better that it gets sent to a third world country where it can be melted down by child labourers to extract the small amount of valuable metal.
