A friend of mine was a trainee solicitor at a small firmShe was finding it very difficult to cope with the workload and a difficult client, she sought some advice from one the senior partners.
He sat and listened to her problems and when she'd finished he took a deep breath and said:

I have many friends who are solicitors......and actually, this advice is quite good, except he should have added "or go and get a job doing something else".
Some solicitors can take up to ten years to work this out...
