I wish more people would do that.I hate it when it is expected that you should do more than you are paid to do just because idiots are making that "normal" by their sucking up to the management by doing free overtime.
All it is doing is making working hours longer. No one's pay is going up except the management.
I assume it's the reason that 5.30, rather than 5 has become the standard time to finish work.
