i get thatmanagement throw more and more people at things, having to pay salaries/consultancy fees, and then wonder why things are slowing down and costing more. Slows down because the people who were happily working away before are now rushing around trying to bring all the new people up to speed rather than actually working on the project and costs six times as much because nobody is working on anything, they're just desperately trying to keep everyone up to speed on what everyone else is doing.
