dear old traceyused to 'alter' my shifts on the rota sheet on the day if it was busy or she needed to make up staff. one day, i called her on this and she had a go at me for not reading the rota properly.
except i write down every shift on the day it is given out ... and she hadn't even bothered to rub out the old time properly. biznitch!
