Every physically fit adult in Castleford and Pontefract, and quite a few people in Wakefield have worked there at some point in the last 10 years.I have never met a single person with anything positive to say about it. It was by far the worst place I've ever worked.
And yet, the Argos distribution centre (literally in the next street) is one of the best places I've ever worked - fully unionised, good canteen, informative and constructive daily feedback, and a lot friendlier in general. Evidently if you look after your employees, your business will take care of itself!
