It started with the low bonuses (the bonus budget was based on company performance, so the only way we could influence the actual amounts was by doing what we did).
There were a whole bunch of other petty grievances. Read the rest of this QOTW if you want to know the sort of thing - pretty much everything has been covered.
No we weren't fired, but the love was gone.
