Is he talking about putting words in urls instead of numbers?If so, he's probably right.
Anyway, look into mod_rewrite instead of rebuilding the entire site.

nope, not the urljust the title of the products in the product ID. to be honest, I can't be bothered to suggest anything else. This job will take months and he'll be off my back for a while. He's just a cunt.
