Beautiful Moments
The best night of my life was spent lying in the bottom of a boat, floating down a river low enough to be under the thin layer of mist gathering at about 3am such that it scudded between me and the stars.
Make us feel all warm and fluffy. Tell us about the most beautiful moments in your life so far.

"Oh God, it's raining. But I'm not complaining, it's filling me up with new life..."
Ahh, you can't beat a bit of the Mode. Come to think of it, I'll say that standing in the Manchester Evening News Arena, listening to Martin L. Gore sing "Breathe" while looking over at my girlfriend (who was a good 50m away) was one of my beautiful moments.
But my main beautiful moment? I would have to say it was when I was a first year at uni. I was only 16 and I commuted by bus everyday. While other students got to sleep in, I was up 5 days a week at 06:30.
The bus route took in some quite beautiful Fife countryside and more often than not I was listening to "Erasure" by Erasure (atmospheric, beautiful album). I'd gently nod off in complete serenity.
Waking up, I walked from St Andrews bus station to the Physics and Astronomy building. For those that know the area, you'll know that there's a path on the North side of Kinburn park on top of a hill. It overlooks the Old Course, West Sands and the Firth of Tay. You can see everything for miles around. It was always so windy you could see sunshine moving through the gaps in the cloud.
As with most of these comments, that was my little bit of escapism at a time when I needed it. I think most of my beautiful moments have been spent in my bubble, walking about St Andrews listening to music.
