Yet another sunset......but I was 3000m up, on the edge of the Teide caldera (Tenerife), with the tops of the clouds about 1m below me. I watched the whole thing and was then amazed how clear the stars were at that altitude.
Mixed feelings about the fact that the only reason I was there was due a slave-driver of a lecturer who thought nothing of working by torchlight.
