I would love to agree*.
But from the story given the guy was threatening to fire her first, for the crime of puking when he shoved his cock down her drunken throat.
They were both pissed and they both should have known better -- but if the story is true (which we have no reason to doubt) he was in the position of power and couldn't cope with it.
