It's still awesome nowI don't think there's many games that could compete with that one :)
Broken Sword 1,2 and 3..the Phantasmagoria series were a bit weird.
7th Guest and 11th Hour were mental too.
Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle were the only others I can think of right now.

liked the dark half (steven king book) but some of my floppy disks were scuppered so couldnt get past the 2nd act.
discworld was pretty good too
