pain is only the brains way of saying it does not understand. by repeatedly hammering your man
parts the shock does go away, and a pleasure emerges. Anything that causes pain can be overcome. Just look at the fractures in a lickle ballet dancers feet that they ignore.
Plus, is child birth that painful. For some women, yes - but for some no. A very divisive subject, best left to females. As for testes, I can attest - the more punches/kicks/knocks to the bollocks you receive the lest you feel the pain. Brain learns. Brain blocks.
