I wish I'd got the HTC desire. It has the latest version of Android and has pinch zoom.

best phone I've ever had. Already tried about eight different roms too. Battery life is a bit lame though.

I think all smart phones have dire battery life
WiFi uses loads. As does satnav

so that's the trick - only switch wi-fi on when you need it.
