He's trying his best.Unfortunately he's up against the Obstructionist Terrorists, aka Republicans. All they ever do is scream "NO!" with their eyes clenched shut whenever anyone tries to talk to them, and throw tantrums like your average three-year-old.
So far he's only had two years to try to undo eight years of damage by the previous POTUS, aka Shrub.
