Feature request - I'm sure I'm not the first to suggest this but -
There are some really good stories on QOTW. Not the "I got drunk and - - -" stuff which is sometimes amusing but gets a bit wearing after a while. But I'll mention a couple I recall - the woman who gave her 20 something grandchildren dolls and a toy ray gun for Christmas, the man who took revenge on former employers by a delayed fuse "bomb" in their computer system and the woman who answered a ringing public phone at random and found the call was for her. Some hilarious, some baffling. Has anyone among the respected moderators of this august site collected a file of these? It could make a great separate page or several and it might even make a book.

Redemption (I grabbed the name from a sci-fi novel title, honest)

I've wondered whether a "book of the best" might be possible...

Sounds good
But the story about the woman answering a ringing public phone and finding the call was for her is an urban legend - look it up. It's usually about someone dialling the person's employee number or some other random collection of digits thinking it was their phone number, and the number just happens to be the number of a payphone they're passing.

It is a good idea, but you'd need to filter out the lies and plagiarism first.
