I saw this when you posted itbut got absolutely no idea what's going on. when did it break? all browsers and locations? or just one browser in one place?
finding the problem isn't helped by the fact that some (all?) of your votes are actually getting through, both from virgin and (I think) your phone/dongle/whatsit.
As a workaround, try clicking "Update your profile" at the top then enable "Quick Reply" (which also turns on some ajaxy voting stuff)
