This might be a bit radicaland be met with the same kind of outcry as when we could suddenly reply to replies on Off Topic...
... But could Off Topic have the most recently-replied-to topic at the top? Like most forums do? Coz sometimes topics that are actually quite good get lost off the bottom of the page because of lots of crap ones and trolls.

Y'see, to illustrate - this topic itself has fallen off the page and nobody will find it now. And people who might have mightily agreed will never have the opportunity to add their opinions.
