Shorten /talk
I'd like to suggest that the number of recent threads on /talk is cut down- I think at the moment it shows something like 15 recent threads, which really is a bit OTT nowadays. I know when /talk moved slower it was possible to have a conversation until it fell off the board, but now anything below the halfway line is just extra loading time. I think 5 threads is more than plenty to show the last couple of hours- anything older than that should be pushed to the next page.

This would be very useful for mobile users.
Re-loading 100k at a time soon mounts up, and can take a while on a GPRS connection. I know you can open individual threads by clicking on the page icon, but if you post a reply you get taken back to /talk anyway, not the thread you were viewing.
