Some sort of combined 'Popular' pagewhich has the popular ones from the main board, the links board, the talk board etc. so that people see a bit more of what goes on on the site than just their favourite board.
modedit: I like this idea. I've been thinking of something along this lines for a while. The newly introduced talk voting was no accident...
