To avoid inevitable and tedious board nazi rampages1. Limit picture file size on upload: 150KB for gif, 50KB for jpg. Don't support other image types, except perhaps png.
2. Do not allow a new post unless it has an image in it.
Being able to see old FPs would also be nice.
