One thing I've always thought is lackingIs a way to handle the occaisonal "conversations" that happen on the qotw. When you read a post that says "In response to FooBar's post, anal rape is NOT a good idea" you kind of want to see what post that's referring to.
Clearly it doesn't want to turn into another talk board so my suggestion would be to keep the ordering of posts as is but add a 'reply' button to posts which, when clicked, creates a new post as normal but with a link something like 'this post refers to another post, click here to see it'
