oh, also...This has always bugged me... you click on the QOTW page and it shows the Latest posts... then you click on the last page number to go see earlier posts, and it's all the same damn posts! Sometimes for more than one page. I'd rather see a Latest page with only one post than go to a different page and see no new posts at all.
