'Ongoingly'
Used frequently by my Area Manager. I'm not even sure what she's using this word in place of as the context changes all the time. All I know is I've developed a nervous tic that manifests itself every time I hear it.

Basically
my brother developed the theory that you can interchange 'basically' as used by a manager with 'fucking' as used by a shop floor worker. Example:
Manager: Basically the rotor arm has become detached from the pulley and, well basically it's impacted the motor assembly.
Shop floor worker: The fucking rotor's broke off the fucking pulley and now the motor's well fucked.
