the girl who sold me my virginis being laid off. I ended up with a £75 monthly plan so she'd get paid more. She was really nice, efficient and helpful, so i spent as much as i could. Vodafone however... I have my contract and that of my exwife with them, which is a monthly bill of 120 or more. They are less helpful and each month end up refunding twenty quid or so by way of apologies... I like virgin media. So much better than when they were ntl
